Section 1 How shall we handle your information

When you buy goods from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address.
When you visit our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol(IP) address to provide us with information that will help us understand your browser and operating system.

Section 4-SHOPLAZA

Our store is hosted on Shoplaza Inc.. They offer us an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shoplaza’s data store, databases, and general Shoplaza applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete the purchase, Shoplaza stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the PCI-DSS data security standard for the payment card industry. Your purchase transaction data is stored only during the time required to complete the purchase transaction. After completion, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways follow the standards set by PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Committee, which is a joint effort of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our stores and their service providers handle credit card information safely.

Section 5-Third-party services

In general, we use third-party providers to collect, use and disclose your information only when necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers(such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors) have their own privacy policies for the information we need to provide for your purchase related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to see how these providers handle your personal information.
Remember, in particular, that some providers may be located or have jurisdiction different from yours or ours. Therefore, if you choose to continue transactions involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the law of the jurisdiction in which the service provider or its facilities are located.

For example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is handled by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information you use to complete the transaction may be disclosed under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.

If you provide us with your credit card information, encrypt the information using Condom Connection Layer Technology(SSL) and store it using AES-256 encryption. Although there is no method of transmission via the Internet or electronic storage that is 100 miles safe, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.

Using this website means that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or you are the age of majority in your state or province, and you have given us your consent to allow any minor family members of you to use this website.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so please check it regularly. The changes and clarifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will inform you here that it has been updated so that you know the information we have collected, how we use it, and under what circumstances(if any) we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with other companies, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that we can continue to sell to you.
